MeeGo Touch binary files

mthemedaemon - daemon that serves as a central service/cache that MeeGo
Touch applications can use to obtain theme files.
mservicemapper - daemon (qdbus) that is the part of the MeeGo Touch Service
Framework that controls which service the clients use.
Also exposes the services to the Qt Service Framework.
mappletrunner - launcher process for MeeGo Touch applets.
