Application for capturing and merging high dynamic range images This is a camera application for creating extended dynamic range images on the N900. The camera automatically meters the scene and captures three images: one that correctly exposes the highlights, the other that exposes the shadows, and the third that exposes the midtones. The images are then combined together into a single image. The result is a single low dynamic range (8-bit) image but in which all areas are well exposed. The app also allows for saving of the original captured images for later offline merging if desired.
