   occultations.

* Added sunrise and sunset labels to the Planet Elevation page

* Improved planet phenomina times slightly, by including the

   conversion factor for ephemeris time to UT. That won't matter

   much, because that correction is not the major source of error.

* Fixed minor bug that caused the UT and LST on the current time line
