MAME 0.137-0maemo1
MAME -- the Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator
MAME is an ambitious project to permit archival preservation
of arcade systems by providing a perfect emulation of the
hardware necessary to run the original machine ROMs from
archived copies. It emphasizes accuracy of emulation over speed.
Some contributed ROMs are available from http://mamedev.org,
or you may scan and use your own machine ROMs.
This is the Maemo port of mainline MAME using the SDL library.
It was known as SDLMAME before the merge of the SDL project into
the mainline.
Hint: Hold your phone upside down immediately after starting
MAME to enable tilt control.

Changes
| Version | Changes | Author | Date |
| 0.137-0maemo1 | * New upstream release. Builds with only minor patching! * Package name changed to reflect merge of SDLMAME project with mainline. Upstream source is now the main MAME project at http://mamedev.org. * Settings moved into mame.ini from startup script. * Configuration directory is now $HOME/.mame (/home/user/.mame). Users with custom settings will need to migrate the changes from the deprecated $HOME/.sdlmame directory. | davidfalkayn@gmail.cmo | 2010-03-12 07:30 UTC |
