A Callerx Manager for N900
This is a callerx manager with user interface to help manage blocklists and settings,
though it controls and manage callerx daemon but it's not required by callerx.
Show Inbound calls log with blocked call indicator.
Ability to import numbers from Address book to blacklist/whitelist, manage multiple list.
Stop/Start callerx daemon, and configure many other aspect such as block unknown, auto-sart.
