Why not? :-) Why? Someone was asking for this kind of app and I needed a project to learn python on N900 :-) Seriously speaking though, these apps have a little different use cases: seeing the inbox content versus just keeping track of SMS traffic numbers (for those who have SMS message quotas). Also Conversations Inbox Widget does not allow you to change the start of the tracking period.

Why? The Conversations Inbox Widget already provides the same functionality.
