check that thread out. There are installation instructions and some other info too.
i just hope there is a tutorial in installing it.
I think you can use apt-get install with that problem. Try typing apt-get update and apt-get install lirc in X-terminal. Probably same thing with Qt libraries.
I tried installing the .deb files. The package did not include the dependencies required to install/run the program. Being a noob I am not sure how to load them. Can you assist?
