Bluetooth HID scripts 0.12-2fremantle1

Scripts for Bluetooth HID devices (keyboards & mice) including a connection GUI for devices that don't connect properly with the Maemo GUI (thanks johny), chinook xkb maps and a keyboard remap script (thanks qobi), and a script to enable the input profile.

  0.9: Piping keyboard layout command thru xkbcomp in /usr/bin/bt-kbd-remap seems to help many people.
  0.10: Remap internal keyboard to default after mapping external kbd.
  0.11: Separated x.org evdev mouse driver so there's no more reboots on install.
