i added a vote button which you should be able to see while the theme is installed. Everyone is able to see it and nobody complained about it. After selecting the Vote button you will get on the blue-sky package page ...if you don't know how to vote on the website is not because the theme has any problems. Moreover, the one which is in extras it doesn't have a vote button!

thanks for makinv voting easyer but I can not find where I have to vote. the whole voting system is a complete mess and so is package promotion. mantainers should be able to promote at will and apps should be downgraded to testing if bugs are reported.
