Application launcher icons manager
ApMeFo allows the applications menu to be put into a series of folders.
Order inside of folder can be sorted by user. One application can be put info
few folders.

One thing you possibly may have missed - or maybe not - some chars in appnames do not display properly in the app picker list.

I notice that the bugtracker link is somewhat broken - no apmefo product is there.
Some comments that you probably already know about.
Would be nice to be able to select multiple items from 'add app to menu' list.
Icon listing - the filenames are debatably helpful, and without them, around 6-8* the icons would fit on screen so the user can pick one.
Perhaps make the 'help text' link to the wiki?
