Merge function accessible from menu that will match contacts that have the same first/last names, same nicknames (also based on email)

Solution #2: Names should be compared to nicknames and smartly merged

In addition to Solution #1, the smart merge feature should compare nicknames of contacts to the names of all the other ccntacts. This should be helpful with contacts obtained from internet accounts, like Facebook Jabber account, because it creates a lot of new contacts with names as nicknames.
