pinentry-qt4 0.8.0-1maemo2

Qt-4-based PIN or pass-phrase entry dialog for GnuPG This package contains a program that allows for entry of PINs or pass phrases. It is useful for entering pass phrases when using encryption software such as GnuPG or e-mail clients using the same. It uses an open protocol and is therefore not tied to particular software. The program contained in this package implements a PIN entry dialog using the Qt tool kit version 4, so it is especially suitable for users of KDE 4. If the X Window System is not active then an alternative text-mode dialog will be used. There are sibling packages that implement PIN entry dialogs using other tool kits.

I'll ask the developers if this is still a problem with newer version. You could find a newer pinentry-qt4 package at http://files.kolab.org/local/maemo/dists/fremantle/extras/binary-armel/gnupg/ already. I'll write a new comment if have some news but it can take some days.

Hi Bjoern,

Thank you for you pinentry package. It seems the input is not taking the proper key modifiers from N900. I've seen this hit for the problem:

http://old.nabble.com/Copy-paste-in-pinentry-qt4-td27083126.html

The last comment mentioning a QLineEdit widget which better for N900. Unfortunatelly I am not have programming experience, so I did not do it myself.

Can you please fix it?

Thanks, Attis
