Please note there are reported difficulties with GoogleVoice. Some users report issues making outbound calls with Dialcentral and even Google Voice's mobile site. Usually it is just making calls when the callback number is a Gizmo number but for some it is all outbound calls. This is under investigation and it seems to be on Google's side due to the Google Voice mobile issues but a Dialcentral work around is being investigated.
