Simple FMTX desktop widget 0.4.0

Simple FM-Transmitter enabler/disabler widget Desktop widget to enable or disable FM-Transmitter. You can also change frequency easily by tapping frequency label.

can't change the frequency via widget no matter where I press... looked for bugtracker to note this but can't find?
