CallNotify 0.0.5-2

Missed calls and SMS notifier. Will display a small status bar icon for missed Calls and SMS. The icon will disappear after closing the yellow notification or viewing the SMS.

Can you update the checkboxes to the standard hildon checkboxes - currently they are very small and not as finger friendly as the ones used elsewhere in the N900 UI.
