Qt 4 Bearer Hotfix
Qt is a cross-platform C++ application framework. Qt's primary feature
is its rich set of widgets that provide standard GUI functionality.
This is a hotfix for the broken ICD package in Qt 4.7.0. It can be removed
once Qt mobility 1.1 is released.

I tested this package and it finally fixes the problems MovieSchedule had with Qt 4.7.0 since PR 1.3. Will we see this fix as an update to all users?
