Updated to new upstream version
get rid of ssh-vulnkey manpage to avoid strange autobuilder failure
used MAEMO_* constants from gtkenums to make package buildable for Chinook and Diablo
init.d: Start ssh daemon after osso-ipv6 to be able to use IPv6. Closes: #2653
