I have a question: if I do a N900 backup (and select settings) will data for Qtdone be saved? so If later restore the created backup file and I'll get my Qtdone data back.

Current version doesn't have backup support (consider this a feature request!). Currently, if you reflash your device, you tasks will remain intact, but you canẗ go back in time by restoring a backup.
