Find what's going on around you.
"Here and Now" is a Nokia service, bundled as part of Symbian^3. Using the information on the mobile phone towers your phone is attached to, information on your current weather, cinema listings and local restaurants is shown. No GPS connection is required.
This application is a small wrapper around a Nokia-provided service, however is not supplied nor supported by Nokia. Information on your current location will be sent to Nokia servers.

It's a web app - why does this need an installer?
It looks terrible and it difficult to use with a finger - and I'm using the default web browser on PR1.2. Maybe this has something to do with Adblock, or my settings but Here And Now doesn't
It doesn't have any cinema listings (for Brisbane, Australia) and I can't seem to search for restaurants by type.
All-in-all: pretty useless.

@Ian, it requires a local application to gather information on your cell tower connection which forms part of the URL.
FWIW, I don't find it harder to use than any other web page in the PR1.2 browser and there is plenty of information available within the UK. YMMV.
