Great app, thanks. But I have no understood if the archives will be updated periodically and if they are, how we can get this (by notification and only update from the repository or must be downloadet the complete archive/s)?
Offline Wikipedia Viewer
Evopedia uses compressed dumps of Wikipedia for offline use especially on mobile devices.
The geographical data in the articles is used to display a map of these articles. The images on Wikipedia are not contained in the dump but if you are connected to the internet, they are nevertheless shown.

It would be fine to have the possibility to refresh the archive/s
Works very good with the new Qt interface. The provided screenshot is outdated.
I love this app especially on holidays! Only after the last update it's not working anymore: the pages aren't loading. I tried reloading, and uninstalling and reinstalling the evopedia. Can someone help me?

Its an excellent and very useful app. but after transferring the dump it takes along time to assess it...... Is the case same for all or is it an issue with my device.
The dump process was halted because Wikipedia had some problems exporting their databases. The Greek dump is ready. Have fun!
Nice app! The dump procedure seems to be halted though [1], it's already more than a month since last activity. I would like to see greek wikipedia in the dump list and I can offer a machine to do it.

Thank you for your comments. Please consider reporting a bug using the link above if something does not work as expected.
For some quick suggestions:
If the browser does not correctly load the webpage after starting evopedia, please try to reload the page.
For the 8GB question: If you are referring to the limitation of the filesystem not being able to handle such big files: Please store the archive on a computer, extract it there and then copy the individual files over to the device, as they are much smaller.
@godwin kanda The same problem occured on my phone too. I could somehow by-pass this problem by starting the native browser first and then evopedia.
Great program.
Evopedia won't open after installation. Had to uninstall.
It would be nice to have a screenshot on here. Great application.
