App Manager / Catorise icons fitting the theme

I didn't know the AppMgr icons would be that important, but I might as well improve them in the next version

Clean and fast theme. Some things that would make this even more awesome:

There is some serious effort put into this theme, its not a clone of any other out there. Very nice job!
