No option exists to disable case sensitivity for lookups in v0.6.0. Individual words within the search result cannot be tapped to launch new searches. Instead, "Drag Selects" must be enabled from the menu to allow a tap-drag in the search result, [MENU]->Copy->"Select Text", and finally a tap on the paste button for similar functionality.

(After installation, "SDict Viewer" appears on the menu panel at the bottom of the list of what's originally labeled "Extras")

I would prefer if searches were case-insensitive, but it works really well.
