Never-mind. Found how to activate it. It is in the live wallpaper settings under the category "unknown". Cool wallpaper!

How do I set the aquarium?

Don't know if this is a bug, but I cannot see an option to select Sherman's aquarium theme in the Live Wallpaper settings.
