Knots is a media streaming webapp for Windows, OS X, Linux and FreeBSD. It allows you to listen to music and watch videos with your tablet from your desktop computer. Media is transcoded on-the-fly to play well on your tablet. Supports VDR recordings/Live-TV and MythTV-recordings in Linux. Requires additional server software available from http://wiki.maemo.org/Knots2

I just want to say thanks to the developer for producing such a useful program. Brilliant stuff! now I just plug in my Nokia N810 to a pair of speakers in my lounge and I can listen to all my Mp3 stored on my server upstairs. Nice interface too| Thanks
