Buddy - an budget/expense manager for maemo.

Buddy allows you to record your budgets and expenses in any period in time and helps you analyse your expenditure and budgeting trend with a number of visual graphs. It also allows for archiving of data and for reading/generating csv format files containing your expense/budget records. Data is protected with encryption.

as explained in my previous comment buddy has been improved with more features in version 0.3-0.

Everybody,

there is an issue with buddy where you can end up losing data. this is how it occurs step by step, so you don;t end up doing it.

  1. if you archive data.
  2. if you open any archive for viewing using the unarchive option.
  3. if you close the app without "resetting back to current/main db".

If you use the unarchiver I suggest dont close the app without resetting back to the current db, the option is there in the unarchiver. If you reset then there is no issue.

I will release a fix along with the next major release Im working on which comes with account support, wifi sync, and currency support.
