Manos, I haven't replied to you (until now)
Game which is not made for N900 doesn't need to be playable on N900, true? And stuff which only resides in extras-devel doesn't need to work (btw I am not the author of extras-devel version for N900 and this page is not for extras-devel version of crawl)
btw, you should be able to start crawl if you reduce font size to it's minimum and put terminal to fullscreen.
Mikko, why are you so agressive? i didnt see that is for n800. i just said that is not playable and its true. if there is a game on repos must be playable
im using n900. i downloaded the game. whene i try to lunch from terminal said something about small screen. so its not playable
Probably true. You are however missing the point that this page is for OS2008 applications (for N800 and N810). You shouldn't be installing OS2008 applications to N900 (you probably have an N900).
Most likely you have installed crawl from extras-devel repository, but then you are again at wrong place. In other words you either fix it yourself or don't complain about it.
package installs into /usr/games, which isn't on the path. Adding it to the path doesn't help either because it tries to write to /var!
Also -- not that it bothers me especially -- it breaks the rules for command line programs. There should be an icon that brings it up in the terminal, I think.
I downloaded & installed and now cannot find it, documentation is nill
