Clearer separation between selected and unselected button style (especially in date chooser)

This is due in the next version.

App Manager / Catorise icons fitting the theme

I didn't know the AppMgr icons would be that important, but I might as well improve them in the next version

Clean and fast theme. Some things that would make this even more awesome:

  • Clearer separation between selected and unselected button style (especially in date chooser)
  • App Manager / Catorise icons fitting the theme
