OSM2Go is a editor for openstreetmap. OpenStreetMap is for maps what Wikipedia is for encyclopedia.
It makes heavy use of the plattform as it uses the internet to transfer data from and to the map servers. It uses GPS and the hirez touchscreen.
The current version allows for all major aspect of mapping incl. creation, deletion and modification of ways and nodes.

The next release is due soon and will hopefully build correctly with libssl.
This is something that happened during the build process and i don't have an influence on. It's something the build system at nokia/maemo does when its ssl libraries are broken.
Could you please fix the libssl issue so the binary will run on Diablo? It doesn't run at all. I really would like to try OSM2Go. At this point, Freemantle is only a work-in-progress.
I hope it will be really usable in Fremantle with future devices, because the actual GPS is unusable.

With Till's consent, I re-uploaded the current version, now built with correct libssl. Please give it a try!
