Changes in version 0.57.beta5+svnr2283-0maemo2

This version combines all levelpacks and modpacks to single package. Installed size is over 100 MB, but files can be installed to Internal Memory Card. N810 has built-in Internal Memory Card and N800 has Internal Memory Card slot behind battery cover.

Before OpenLieroX can be updated through application manager all levelpacks and modpacks must be uninstalled.
