Has great potential, but not quite there yet. I like the way you control it, the kinetic scrolling and the clean rendering on the web pages. It is still buggy and not very responsive at this point. It feels like the tablet is working very hard to run this software. Too heavy at this point. (N810)

To be honest, it's just too slow. (Both N810 and Fennec...) Just scrolling the page is humorous, watching the page getting rendered after the kinetic movement has stopped. Still no way to open a link in a new tab...

Horrible, terrible, unusable. Slow and buggy as hell. Avoid at all costs!

They're now in beta and things seem to get improving. Take the latest version from https://wiki.mozilla.org/Labs/Weave/InstallWeaveFennec - which also hosts nightly builds - and try also to install Weave, as described there, which is a package to sync bookmarks and browser state between various instances and machines, including Fennec on the Internet Tablets.

It's HORRIBLE! I can't believe it's now designated a beta release. Navigation of the interface is a pain verging on the impossible. What does it do that MicroB can't? If you leave it open you'll run down your battery, be warned.

Disappointing. Not only is it slow and buggy, most annoying is its non-existent user interface. Instead of inventing clever, innovative ways of doing things on a mobile device, the Fennec-developers chose simply not to offer any functions that would require a user interface. You can't open a link in a new tab, save an image, copy or send a link location, even the handling of the good old "back"-button is a mess and needs to be explained when the browser's started for the first time (which, AFAIK, is the first time ever in the history of browsers). Certainly one of the worst browsers available for the Nokia tablets.

No use for n800 owners without bluetooth keyboard.

works on my n800, keyboard still only works when hitting the ok button, clicking links is a bit erratic, but seems usable
