The desktop applet is an excellent addition for easy view and access to GPE tools.
It would be nice if the applet showed upcoming tasks for the days ahead with a date stamp. Just displaying the current date is very limiting. Check out Seqretary's desktop applet as an example.
I am not sure if this applies to your applet, or the GPE Calendar/ToDo tools, but it would be a helpful addition if the tablet led is flashed for alarms, appointments, and todos at their scheduled times. Would it be your applet, or the GPE calendar and todo tools that might provide the option to automatically power up the tablet at the time of an alarm or scheduled event? It would make a valuable feature to make sure a scheduled event is not missed.
Works fine. Now all I need is a finger-friendly GPE Calendar. :-)
Great! Requests: allow user to choose how many days in advance to display calendar and to-do. Split this app into two: one for calendar, and one for to-do, with auto-sizing feature so that more information can be displayed.

Lacking a little on the interface but none the less a great application.
Works great, just wish it would wrap long entries, and have the dates in bold, not just the current date. It's one of the few applets I have on my main page. Thanks!
My nokia N800 always shows an error when trying to install any of the GPE based calender or to do, Is it required to install anything prior to GPE calender direct?
Excellent application, a real lifesaver if you are making the transition from Palm to Tablet. Goes a long way into giving N800s a viable PIM capability. A "can't-live-without-it" application for me.
GPE Summary is a must-have if you use the GPE PIM suite. It provides all of you Calendar and To Do info right on your maemo desktop.
It could use a little more development in providing more user-options, but overall, it's a highly useful app that works.
