A GUI for the kernel's cpufreq interface

This application allows you to adjust the maximum CPU frequency that your device is able to use.

It should work with official and patched kernels.

This works beautifully - huge difference to battery life. I agree with Jarno though - it would be handy if this was automatic depending on the screen state or linked with the desktop activity manager? On the whole though, just brilliant.

Great software, saves a lot of battery and I can feel my phone being cooler than before.

However it is a hassle to manually adjust CPU max freq. It would be much better if it would have two settings, one when screen is off and one when screen is on.

Would it be possible to make this sofware to react to screen state. That is automatically set CPU max freq to minimum when screen is off, and to another setting when screen is on?

Bien, assez simple mais je préfère cpufreqUI (en développement). C'est juste une question de goût... :-)

Just installed this. The GUI is so easy, there is a simple slider to adjust from min to max lock speed. I have not enabled smart reflex yet but will pl6 wit it omce i am confident with the basic function.
