Complete Python binding set for Qt4 (PR1.2)
This package contains the python extensions and modules. PyQt4 exposes the Qt4 GUI toolkit in Python.
You need to install this package explicitly ONLY if you wish to tinker with Python yourself.
Installing this package will install Python bindings for ALL available Qt modules, namely: QtCore, QtDBus, QtMultimedia QtGui, QtNetwork, phonon, QtSql, QtSVG, QtMaemo5 QtScript, QtWebkit, QtOpenGL, QtXML, QtXMLPatterns
WARNING: Even though the bindings themselves are installed into /opt, the Qt libraries that might not already be installed WILL take up a lot of space on your root.

very useful one, many thanks Attila Csipa
great
This package is intended for developers unfamiliar with command line procedures (or the components of Python/Qt) and who wish to develop without previous Linux knowledge. If you did not install it explicitly, and it popped up as an update, it means that an application you DID install (wrongly) specified it as a prerequisite. Also, never install the version in extras-devel as it is really meant for binding developers only (if you don't know what extras-devel is, disregard the last sentence)
No rating just a question-mark from a user. I had this yellow upgrade-indicator blinking on my N900 with 'PyQt4 Full Install' coming along. I had no idea, what it was, nor did the 'details-folder' before installation offer any information to me. I trusted the yellow lamp and proceeded. Today I realized, my camera (standard and fcam) would not start up any more as did an app called 'Health Check'. When I wanted to uninstall 'PyQt4 Full Install' at least I was given the information I should have had before installing: a 'details-folder' saying 'You need to install this package explicitly ONLY if you wish to tinker with Python yourself.' To me 'Python' sounds like the name of a very big snake and I certainly have not in mind to tinker with it. Now that I have got the full install the machine says, it cannot be uninstalled. Well I do have some old backups and I hope re-installing the latest software with Nokia Software Downloader will help. Hopefully for some reason this is an individual case and not an error messing up users N900s on a larger scale. I cannot quite figure out, how a developer-app presents itself as a regular update on a user-phone (?!) Best wishes
