Noor is a small Quran viewer written in Python.
It also shows the translation of each aya, if a translation package is installed, right after it. UI Hildonized by qwerty12
To change the language of the app, edit the (lang = en) part in /home/user/.noor using a text editor. Supported languages: en (English - default) ar (Arabic) fa (Farsi) ml (Malayalam) ps (Pushto) tr (Turkish) nl (Dutch - Thanks to HtheB!)

SubhanAllah!!! There are countless mistakes in this Quran application's arabic text which should NEVER happen.Even though so far i've only used it to read 2-3 surah's like Surah Qiyaam and Haaqqa. There is mistake even in Surah-al-Fatiha. Its Alhamdulillahi RABBIL aalamin, not 'RABBAL'. This is a very serious matter of highest priority,please take urgent action. May Allah reward you for your intention. Salaam to all.Your brother in Islam

Well done, need so many improvement to see the N900 version beating the Quran for other nokia sets, really the one for X6 awesome.

I believe The search functionality need to be for the whole Quran not only for the current Sura are we going to see this feature soon !
