Extra espeak dictionaries for Russian, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.

This package enable espeak and applications using it, to speak in Russian, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.

This package does nothing in itself. These dictionaries are packaged separately from espeak as they are quite large.

This is extra speech dictionary data for espeak and program using it. It is packaged separately from the other espeak data files as it's quite large compared to other languages. By itself it does nothing.
