Merge your duplicate contacts v0.1.3-0

@Eero: does it appear if you reboot?

Works great but for some reason I could not find icon to run the program in the main menu, had to run the program via terminal (might have been just me being blind though).

Used this to merge some 250 duplicates (had duplicates of just about all of my contacts for various reasons [including playing around with various sync services...]).

@Faisal: That's on purpose, the matching is based on heuristics and could be completely wrong; I don't want people to accidentally merge wrong contacts considering there is no way to unmerge them.

Please put an option to select all the contacts so I don't have to click hundreds of names to merge them.
