This application shows raw data from the GPS subsystem including GPS position, altitude and movement. It further offers a speedometer, a compass, a GPS track recording tool and gives you diagrams of height and speed profiles.

This is a really essential app, especially since OVI Maps gives no feedback about the quality of a GPS fix. It would be nice to have a page on it plotting the Az, and El. of each satellite which is above the horizon.

Thanks for this great app! Great in particular to have time now at the highest precision (every 5 seconds), it might be a nice extension to have the clock set by the program by just pressing another button! The compass however does not really work well for me - it is even more erratic and unstable than a real one. (Luckily, the orrery program offers a very good compass under a clear sky.) At any rate, the application should of course be found under "Location and Navigation" instead of "Mulitmedia"!
Really really useful app! The interface lacks a bit but the app is essential for every gps-enabled device. Perhaps you could add a satellite view a'la maemomapper (now know as "mapper"), showing their location at the sky.
Nice app. But I think it was misclassified multimedia.
