Just had to clarify:

Estel did not leave council on his own purpose. He was politely asked to
leave because he ordered parts for his private CNC machine via councils
.org mail-address without asking the rest of the council.

A standard troll strategy is to twist the reality just a little bit so it
fits into their distorted reality.

Another strategy is name-called. Trying to focus the attention around other
people by naming them again and again. They do it to cover their own flaws
and to let the "enemies" appear to be a group of evil people who just sit
there the whole day and think about gaining power and surpressing
individuals.

Good catch, haven't noticed this.

Still, it doesn't change anything in merit - Reggie banned him, because he
is behind same provider's NAT than me (instead of same country - sic! - if
it would be IP range).

What is funniest thing here, is that I have created ONE account, where I
signed it as "/Estel", just to contact moderators, and to deny woody's
false (on purpose) claims, that I have disappeared, to scam people's money
on Black Alu body replacement.

Reggie know it, as I have contacted him (through mail to Texrat) explaining
case. After that, I haven't created any accounts, to not break rules - I
have even asked *peterleinchen* to post something in my name.
---

Now, let's be honest out here, guys, Reggie screwed it like hell, becoming
a little maniacal, and banning someone "for me". I know, that TMO was
always a sad joke - powered by propertiary, closed source engine, with
content *not* licensed on Free-compliant license, owned by private person,
one all-powerfull admin, not even obliged to give forum content to new
Foundation. We all know, that this should *never* be a way for maintaining
official forum board for maemo.org, and ITT should either remain different,
private thing, or be bought completely.

But, what happened now, is out of line even for such badly managed, chaotic
thing like TMO. Really, do we wan't to be a part of project, where people
get banned, just because random forum admin lost his nervees for a while,
and Board member (*ivgalvez*) doesn't like someone's name?
---

JCDenton is prime example of how badly maemo "Community" deteriorated and
decomposed. It doesn't matter, at all what Reggie "though" about him. The
problem is, that no matter if JC would be my brother, neighbor, lover,
slave, or totally unknown guy, no one had right to ban him.

What happened here today, is effect of MONTHS of lowering standards in
Community management. This was main reason why I have left Council - no one
cared for low standards presented by Woody then, and this is resulting
beer,, that we're drinking now.

/Estel

And here we can see anther troll strategy:
Question facts that were already discussed.

I suggest everyone to read this thread, where we can beautifully see estels
real character and why he really applied for council.
http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=86290&page=16

One should always ask: who acts in favor of the community and who acts in
pure egoism.

Sorry, but I don't see anything special in the thread. And thing about
being able to catch up with the current stuff after absence is a good point.
